Through this MIS portal, we collect personal data such as your name, ID number, contact details, academic qualifications, and other information necessary for programme eligibility, registration, planning, and service delivery.

Your data is used strictly for lawful departmental functions, including verification, programme administration, communication, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. We may share your information with ODPC compliant & authorised County and National Government entities, accredited partners, and service providers where required to support service delivery or comply with legal obligations.

We employ technical and organisational measures to ensure your data remains secure, confidential, and protected from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Your data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
